Is the event also online?
No, the event is in-person only, at our warehouse in London.

What payment methods do you accept?
 We only accept card payments, including American Express. 

Does the trade discount apply?
No, the trade discount and any other discounts do not apply.

Can I reserve an item in advance?
Items cannot be reserved and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis on the day.

Can I collect my purchase later?  
Yes, if you'd rather not take your purchase with you on the day, we can hold it for collection within one week of  the date of purchase. We're unable to hold items beyond this, and as with all sales, no returns or exchanges apply.

Are returns or exchanges allowed?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the event, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Is it 70% off on all products?
No, discount percentage will vary across each product line.

Will delivery be available?
 Delivery can be arranged for purchased items at an additional cost, with delivery taking place within two weeks of the date of purchase. Our team will be available to assist with logistics and options on the day.

Is there parking available?
Limited parking is available in front of the warehouse. We recommend arriving early to secure a space. Our team will be on hand throughout the day to help load furniture pieces into your car and guide you on where to park, as the entrance needs to stay clear for vehicle access.

Can I bring someone with me?
Yes.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Partly, unfortunately, the venue is not wheelchair accessible to the second floor however the ground floor is, please get in touch with our team in advance if you have any concerns so we can discuss options.
