Social Media Assistant

Louise Bradley has been designing classic, contemporary interiors for more than thirty years and is one of the UK's leading interior designers, her name is synonymous with bespoke luxury interior design worldwide, having designed significant residential projects across the globe. We are looking for a Social Media Assistant to support our digital presence and help bring our brand to life across social media and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and scheduling of content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Assist with content creation, including imagery, short-form video, and stories.
• Write clear, engaging copy that reflects the Louise Bradley tone of voice across all posts and captions.
• Assist on photoshoots and capture behind-the-scenes content when needed.
• Assist with client presentations when needed.
• Keep an eye on social trends and share ideas that feel relevant to the brand.
• Engage with our audience, respond to messages and requests on Instagram
• Organise digital assets and assist with basic reporting on content performance.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to support product launches, enquiries, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with the design and marketing team to translate projects into engaging digital content.
• Occasionally attend events to capture video content and key moments for social media.

Skills

• Able to film and edit content using both a smartphone and a DSLR camera.
• Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro and InDesign)
• Strong copywriting skills
• Understanding of branding guidelines and ability to maintain consistent tone across platforms.

About You

• You have interest in interiors, design, and luxury brands.
• You’re confident using social media creatively and understand how different platforms speak to different audiences.
• You have strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to visuals and copy.
• You’re organised, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Experience within a creative, luxury or design-led brand is desirable but not essential.
