Senior Interior Designer

Louise Bradley Design Studio is an internationally recognised interior design and interior architecture practice, renowned for creating classic, contemporary interiors for discerning private clients worldwide.

With over thirty years of experience, the studio delivers bespoke, turn-key luxury residential projects across the Uk & Internationally.

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our London-based team and play a key role in delivering high-end residential projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple luxury residential projects from concept design to final installation

• Develop strong creative concepts in line with the Louise Bradley aesthetic

• Produce and oversee design presentations, furniture layouts, and technical information

• Manage client relationships and attend meetings throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers

• Support and mentor junior members of the design team

• Ensure design intent, quality, and attention to detail are maintained at all stages

Skills

• Strong conceptual and creative design skills

• Great technical knowledge in Vectorworks/CAD; Adobe Suite; Sketchup or other 3D software

• Great understanding of high-end residential interior Sector

• Confident presentation and communication skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident in leading & mentoring a team of designers

• A working knowledge of AI-driven design and visualisation tools, and an interest in how emerging technologies can support creative development and studio workflows.

About You

• You have 6+ years’ experience working on high-end residential or luxury commercial projects

• You are confident running projects independently and managing multiple deadlines

• You are detail-focused, proactive, and collaborative

• You have a strong passion for luxury interiors and design excellence
