Senior FF&E Designer

Louise Bradley Design Studio is an internationally recognised interior design and interior architecture practice, renowned for creating classic, contemporary interiors for discerning private clients worldwide.

With over thirty years of experience, the studio delivers bespoke, turn-key luxury residential projects across the Uk & Internationally.

We are looking for a Senior FF&E Designer to join our London-based team and lead the FF&E design, specification, and delivery across luxury residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FF&E concepts and schemes from initial design through to installation

• Source and specify furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and accessories

• Prepare and present FF&E presentations and schedules to clients

• Manage supplier relationships and oversee procurement processes

• Coordinate closely with the wider design and project teams

• Ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail throughout delivery

• Support and mentor junior members of the design team

Skills

• Strong creative eye with a refined understanding of luxury FF&E

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Confident client-facing and presentation abilities

• Advanced knowledge of FF&E specification and procurement

• Confident with FF&E Quotations and Purchase Orders

• Great technical knowledge in Vectorworks/CAD; Estimac; Adobe Indesign/ Photoshop

• A working knowledge of AI-driven design and visualisation tools, and an interest in how emerging technologies can support creative development and studio workflows.

About you

• You have 6+ years’ experience in high-end residential or luxury commercial interiors

• You are confident leading FF&E packages independently

• You are highly detail-oriented with a strong creative approach

• You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
