Mid-Weight FF&E Designer

Louise Bradley Design Studio is an internationally recognised interior design and interior architecture practice, renowned for creating classic, contemporary interiors for discerning private clients worldwide.

With over thirty years of experience, the studio delivers bespoke, turn-key luxury residential projects across the Uk & Internationally.

We are seeking a Mid-Weight FF&E Designer to support the design team across multiple luxury residential projects, with a strong focus on sourcing, specification, and presentation of FF&E.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing FF&E concepts and schemes across multiple projects

• Source furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and accessories

• Prepare FF&E schedules, specifications, and client presentations

• Liaise with suppliers and assist with procurement processes

• Support Senior Designers in maintaining design intent and quality

• Organise samples, specifications, and project documentation

• Prepare FF&E Quotations and Purchase Orders

Skills

• Strong knowledge of FF&E suppliers and luxury brands

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Good technical knowledge in Vectorworks/CAD; Estimac; Adobe Indesign/ Photoshop

• Clear communication and a collaborative working style

About You

• You have 3–5 years’ experience in high-end residential or luxury commercial interiors

• You have a strong eye for detail and a passion for sourcing

• You are proactive, organised, and comfortable working across multiple projects

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, design-led studio environment
